The hotel was easy to find and parking was easy and inexpensive. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very pleasurable stay.
Really enjoyed my weekend getaway here. This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Room service even left a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries (free of charge) when they found out it was my anniversary. I feel the room was comfy and must say was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was as nice as it turned out to be. Most certainly would recommend it and do plan another weekend getaway there.
I really like the looks of this new chain run by the folks who run Holiday Inn. This location is just a block away the up and coming, hipster neighborhood. And it's a pretty far drive from the highway. Cool looking room room, but be warned: it has no carpeting and echos every sound, inside(bathroom) and outside(traffic). Ask for a room away from thee alley/sidestreet/garbage/loading zone.The garbage truck and delivery trucks woke us up every half hour starting at 4am. NOTE: parking is $20 or you can park for free on the street--the signs say 8am PLUS you get two hours free so it is really 10am.
Stayed in many Pittsburgh hotels; this one is now at the top of my list. Beautiful and clean rooms, friendly staff, great restaurant and the coffee is delicious. Did I mention it also happens to be pet friendly? You'd never know with the condition of the rooms.
Beautiful hotel, love the decor... It's inspiring! Excellent customer service too. I needed extra towels and a microwave and the hotel staff quickly responded to meet my requests.
