Was there for a wedding. Lovely and clean. Servers seemed annoyed to be there. Meal was good. Not fantastic. But good. Soup cold. Although PERFECTLY cooked steak. Nice set up and beautiful wedding.
Love the long hours of this hotel, esp breakfast til noon (had a voucher) and of the indoor/outdoor pool! 6am-11pm, daily! Bistro only closed 2-6am, pricey, but worth it at 1am.
Supper comfy bed and a variety of pillows to chose. Good location and excellent staff. Connie was our server over several days and bent over backwards for us!!
I hosted a conference here recently and the staff was wonderful - some of the most attentive and friendly hotel staff that I've worked with in my years of running events! I was very impressed, as were other members of my team. In addition, the catered food was delicious and the location was great! It feels like a bit of a retreat, but with easy access to downtown Pittsburgh, as well the airport! I would definitely recommend it!
Great location. Clean, quiet and bright. Super comfy bed and linens. Shuttle bus to Heinz Field was a blast. Didn't get a chance to use pool or eat at restaurant but will check out for sure next time. Would have given 5 stars but air/heating system very loud, ice machine broken and window super dirty
Stayed on 'Honors' floor, 7, quiet, great beds. Bathroom remodeled, a. little small, but great water pressure and heat in shower.
I stay at this hotel 1 to 2 times per month. It's a fine place. Great gym. Good restaurant and breakfast in particular. They are rehabbing some of the rooms, but not all. 10 minutes from downtown. They have decent facilities for conferences and seminars. Airport shuttle too.
