Nice hotel.. but.. I booked a 2 queen bed studio suite. When I got to the hotel I was given my keys and sent to my room. Upon arriving to my room I found out I was given a king studio suite. I went back downstairs and explained to the guy that I booked a 2 bed studio suite. He told me that another customer who had been staying in that suite decided to add an extra day to their stay so I could either take the king studio suite or go to a 2 bed room (which is a smaller room without the "living room" option). If they had called me and told me this was going to be the case.. I would've opted out of this hotel all together and went to the Hyatt. I didn't book the Hyatt because all they had available was a king studio not a 2 queen. This in itself makes me unhappy with this hotel but in all reality, it is a nice hotel. From now on though, for me personally.. I will just go with my favorite hotel in the area and go to Hyatt Place.. if you actually want the room you booked then I suggest you do the same!
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to have a pool and hot tub too. It's comfortable everywhere you go on the hotel and it's conveniently located.
Great location around shopping. We were allowed to use the lobby to watch a big game with everyone that travelled with us instead of having to be in 1 crowded room. Rooms were also very nice. Loved the stay.
Stayed here recently during a weekend trip to Pittsburgh. Rooms were spacious, clean & very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. Lots of choices for breakfast. Took a quick swim in their very small pool, and I was happy that the pool area was not crowded, as it cannot handle many people at all. But it was refreshing to jump into the water and do a little swimming. What we really liked was that we were able to get a 2 BR suite, which gives the family some space to spread out.
This hotel was great! It was in a really good location, safe area, and they upgraded us to a suite. Would definitely stay here again!
