Professional staff, there to please, good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bedding is top notch. Only disappointment no free breakfast. This Marriott only solidified my commitment to this brand.
Fabulous location! Rooms were very clean, quiet. Beds were also wonderfully comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Have recommended them several times. Excellent value.

We rented two rooms for our family trip to Pittsburgh to see a Penguins game and do some touring of the city. It is in a great location close to downtown, highway access, and restaurants/shops. The customer service is stellar, rooms are clean, and valet is prompt and very kind. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit to Pittsburgh.
Me and my fiance stayed here over the weekend and I had high hopes for this hotel since I have worked for many years in a high end hotel and know how you are to be treated by staff and what a guest room should look like. After checking in we go to our room to check it out and as soon as we walk in I notice there was a dirty towel hanging over the shower curtain in the bathroom so immediately I call the front desk to let them know there was dirty towels in the bathroom the lady at the front desk ask me if she could call me right back I said yes and then I started to check the room over more closely and under the bed there was trash and a bottle of ky jelly there was also hair in the shower. So at this point I was pretty ticked off about the cleanliness of her room. Front desk finally called me back about five minutes later and asked me if I wanted housekeeping to come up and clean the room or if we wanted a different room...I would of changed rooms but we were in a whirlpool room and they had no other ones available and I shouldn't have to have someone interrupt my stay in a room that we paid $250 plus tax plus $20 valet to park our vehicle 20 feet away from the door to have someone come in and clean a room that should have already been clean but was done half-assed... the lady at the front desk did apologize but that was it...I'm sorry but where I work if our guest are not 100% satisfied with their rooms we also will apologize but as a high-end classy Hotel we will make sure we bend over backwards to make sure that if a guests was unhappy with anything about their stay we make sure they leave our hotel 100% satisfied from either giving them free gift cards to restaurants or comping their room charges we will do anything to make sure our guests feel like we have done everything to make them happy so that they will return as a loyal guest...I will NEVER stay at a courtyard again worst hotel ever...I could have gotten better service at a rundown low class super 8
