The low rating is for the rental
I rented the premium suv for the comfort and payed the premium for a vehicle that was completely worn out and needed service, the shocks were so worn out that it was hard to control the suv, and it needed a serious cleaning.
Wonderful customer service at the Noblestown Road location! Had a bad experience at the Library Road and the guys at Noblestown Road took great care of me! Thank you specifically to Chris and Travis for all their help!
Be careful when dealing with Enterprise. They often will try a "ding and dent scam." They tried it on me. Enterprise sent me a bill for over $700 for prior damages I pointed out that did not count to write up when picking up the car but then are "significant damages" when dropping off. I highly recommend to look elsewhere for car rental needs. At least do some research about "ding-and-dent" scams and Enterprise.

I walked in, the store was clean and well lit. I originally reserved a full size. I seen this maxima sitting there and asked if I could have it and the yiund lady behind the desk was like sure...for just 10.00 more. It was really great service and I was in my rental car in less then 8 minutes.
Very disappointed
I will totally use them again.
