Easily the best and friendliest car rental in downtown Pittsburgh. I usually rent from the green and white competition, you know, the one that sounds like a space ship on a TV show, anyway they wouldn't or couldn't help and we found a reservation online and hustled across 20 blocks, exhausted, tired, unhappy and rained on... The agent was pleasant, helpful and funny. We were in and out within 10 minutes with a great, upgraded car.
I had reserved a van for a day to pick up at the airport through a different discount website. I needed to change the pick up and drop off time. I called Budget's home number and they suggested calling the Airport office. After 2 days of fruitless efforts i decided to call this Budget office. I gave the lady who answered my confirmation number and in a matter of literally seconds it was take care off. Thank you again to the angel who helped me.
The cost was fair for the make and model of the car that had all the bells and whistles to make navigation a snap.
