"HARTS RUN VETERINARY HOSPITAL" is the ONLY Vet Specialist that we TAKE OUR 16 Year Old Pup SCOOBY too! They ARE EXPENSIVE & my Wife & i CAN'T always PAY the high charges, but they do HELP w/ LOWER Costing Pet Meds & FREE SAMPLES! They do have a CARING STAFF & the Dr. (VET)) on Duty shows CARE & CONCERN for their PRECIOUS PATIENTS! HARTS RUN is a GREAT PLACE to take your Furry Family Members for LOVING TREATMENT!
Unfortunately 2 of my favorite vets are no longer there. But, Dr. Kenan was the guru of pets. She was a key reason for why the Harts Run so popular. But, she was there forever. Dr. David Elliot, at least sometime if not still, owns the practice. I only found him maybe 3 years. I only found that out because I was gushing when I was paying for an appointment. He with all of his heart loves caring not only as a doctor but as much as kids love there pets. I've been going to them for 35 years. And it always amazes me how they care for birds, horses...... Until 10 years ago, I always assumed that cats and dog period. But, that also proves how dedicated most vets are so so sweet. Especially when I had kittens and puppies. They are so excited you would think this is the first time. And when they are that young, like human babies, need a lot of appointment.
I have used harts run for over five years with all of my pets. They care for my special needs French bulldog and the vets are excellent with his management. The staff is very friendly and caring every time with all three dogs and four cats. And with all the pets, it helps that the prices are very reasonable.
I honestly would have had more respect for these thieves if they had stuck a gun in my face and demanded my wallet. $184 for a cat's first appointment and they didn't even give us the damned shots we came in for in the first place. If they are turning $184 per ten minute visit, then I want in on their game. I mean my God. They are telling us now that they couldn't give him shots today so we'd have to come back in (for another 200 no doubt), that they would have to analyze his crap again because apparently they didn't get a good enough look the first time, (for another 200 no doubt) and they said that they would have to break up the shots into two different appointments (to rack up yet another 200). They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't make our mistake. Call around, ask some friends, and whatever you do, stear clear of this third world, wallet jacking joke of a vet.
