I know some people really knock Kay Jewelers, but Sabah is amazing to work with! My fiancé and I went to several jewelry stores and this was by far the best! Sabah really listened to what we wanted. My style is very vintage romantic and I have never been into the typical diamond engagement rings. She asked us what we liked and didn't like and started pulling possible rings. She really listened and as she chose the next ring, it was even closer! We found the absolute perfect ring that I could never have even pictured or dreamed of but we all knew immediately that was the one!! She was so personable and maternal! We will never go to anyone else besides Sabah at Kay's ever! She made such an exciting time a truly amazing experience!! The ring even came back from being resized a week earlier than promised!!
I had a very wonderful experience with the sales lady at Kay Jewelers in the South Hills Village Mall. All my questions was answered professionally and correct. The young lady helped me and my wife choose our rings without rushing us and giving us some advice on what to look for in a wedding ring. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers when it comes to buying your loved one a special gift.
