I had a wonderful experience dealing with the people at Henne Jewelers. I am very grateful to the people that suggested them to me. William at Henne took great care of me, led me through the process, and has been very helpful and generous through it all. They treated my fiance like family during the sizing process, and you can really tell that everyone there is invested in and understands the sanctity of what they are participating in. I got to meet John Henne, which was also a pleasure. From the top down they want you to have a successful and loving union. John even gave us a book that has helped his marriage as a token of Henne's support.
This was absolutely the best decision I could make to find an engagement ring. Jami helped me out and made the process easy to understand for a jewelry rookie like myself. We found a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves and we'll cherish forever. And just so you know, once you walk out the door, Henne will still be giving you top-tier treatment. All class here.

We found ourselves in a time crunch to get a wedding band just over two weeks before our wedding when another jeweler fell flat on their promise to order us the matching band to our engagement ring. When proposed with the challenge of making a custom band in 10 days (to account for travel time to destination!) John Henne did not back down. In fact, he didn't even hesitate to accept the challenge. At this point he turned things over to Jami LoAlbo who helped us design our band. Jami was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and continued to ease all our concerns about possibly not having a wedding band for our wedding day. When we picked up the band it was PERFECT. It was far more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. I returned a few days later to have Jami help me pick out a wedding gift for my bride and she again was wonderful and led me to the perfect necklace within my budget. Thank you Jami and John!
Finding the perfect engagement ring proved to be much more difficult than I anticipated. I spent hours scouring websites and visiting jewelers all over the greater Pittsburgh area.
