And be prepared to deal with incompetent staff and LONG times waiting to be taken off the bed pan and to be cleaned the proper way. Be prepared to take care it yourself for them!!!!
This was the absolute worst experience for my family. They are severely under staffed had to wait 40 min for respitory to come so that my father in laws trake could be cleaned is a bit excessive. The place is dirty many time we, the family members, had to put on gloves and clean soiled bed pads, thrown used supplies. Diana the case worker is absolutely the rudest individual I have ever come across. When she introduced herself to my mother in law she gave her the number to reach her but said "I probably won't call you back!" Really? Pretty that's your job as a case worker! When we were in the process of getting him transferred to a better facility (Kindred in Oakdale) they stalled for days making excuses and suddenly he became sicker while we weren't there. We called to speed things along and Diana actually hung up on us!! We requested to be transferred on a Friday it took til Tuesday for him to be moved all the while he was in a puddle of sweat because the heating-cooling system is prehistoric and his room was like a sauna!! We did NOT choose this facility AGH sent him there because it's their affiliate. If AGH ( a wonderful hospital that saved my father in law's life) suggests Lifecare Suburban tell them ABSOLUTELY NOT! I wouldn't put my dog in this place.
My 94 year old grandfather had to come here for rehab after he fell and injured his neck. This place allowed him to fall multiple times in the week he stayed. They also threw away one of his hearing aids and refuse to do anything about it. My advice is to go anywhere else if you can, especially if you are looking for reasonable care or if you are at all concerned about your belongings.

My mom was admitted after brain surgery and everyone there was extremely kind, responsive and supportive. They have gone the extra mile for my mom and our family.
My wife was at this facility for 52 days. This place is the pit of hell! If you have a loved one that you HATE then by all means send them here!!
My dad has been here for recovery from cardiac arrest with brain damage... The staff is so far from compassionate... My dad has pulled his ng tube out and has gone for 3days without nutrition and medication... Also he has been telling us he is being abused physically and verbally... We have contacted an attorney..
