We had a birthday party for my son today. It took them 10 min to give us all shoes, The host was new and took 20 minutes to put the kids names in and kids pictures in the bowling computer. They only allot 1 hour to bowl, when your hour is up is up. So really we only had 30 minutes of bowling. The food was at the table at 3pm, so it was already cold when we turned in our shoes, washed our hands, then you get 1 hour from 3-4 to eat. Which ends up only 30 min, they you're rushed out the door. No time to enjoy the party or even talk to family and friends while eating. Also the food wasn't totally cooked. I complained, they remade and boxed it in to go boxes.
Winter Fun pass is poorly advertised. This location (Robinson, PA) doesn't have most of what is included (ropes, climbing walls, etc.) but you can't find what is at any specific location...it just says "not all things are at all locations", but it would be nice to list what is at each location. We had 6 people bowling and our time got cut off early because they only allowed an hour...we didn't even finish one game (we were on the 10th free, but only 2 bowlers got to finish). Wait lists for bowling, billiards, laser tag, and they didn't offer the other options (ropes, climbing wall, etc.), so one is left to occupy the wait time by buying arcade passes for overpriced games. Plus, there was a private party upstairs so wait times on the remaining bowling lanes were massive.
Nice place to hang out with friends and kids.. animations done in tv after every play at bowling arena is an innovative and fun way to attract customers.. appreciate the guys who came up with that. It’s fully fun and frolic while playing the game. I will definitely come here again
The staff were everywhere, but not particularly helpful or friendly. For the price this isn't worth three to four times more than chucky cheese for the same price.
The space inside is clean and attractive, but the games are expensive compared to the normal arcade scene. Thank goodness my two youngest think they're playing the game without feeding the machine, because otherwise our older kiddos would've only been able to play a couple games.
Bowling was entertaining, not to mention you can snack and drink while you bowl. The arcade was so much fun. There are happy hours where the games are much cheaper. Everything is on the card, your money towards games and your winning tickets. You can always check in the prize area to see how much money you have left and how many tickets you have.
This HAS to be more for large groups that I hope get negotiated pricing or something because to the average Joe it just wasn't worth it.
We went to Main Event for a kids event they were hosting to showcase their renovation and upgrades.
