Avoid this location. Went for the Sunday brunch and had nothing but issues. First we asked for a table and the hostess took us to a booth. We just moved ourselves to a table. Then we went up to the buffet and there was a line of people waiting for plates because none were out. I understand that because they were busy so no harm there, but when I went to grab my plate the underside still had food on it. That's unacceptable and thats when I asked to speak to a manger.
The salad bar was delicious with a ton of variety to choose from. The kids' meals were barely edible. The waiter was fantastic. Our meals were okay. The soup is DISGUSTING, especially the cream of broccoli. I am burping it up still and I only had three bites. The sugar cookies taste like they were soaked in the cream of broccoli. We'll definitely go back but we're only getting the salad.
We go there several times a month. Breakfast is our favorite. There is enough of selection for full meals. It is always good.
We don't get to go to Eat'n Park very often because we live in Virginia. We're here this week visiting our son and we decided to stop here after visiting him at work. It was not very busy and we were seated quickly at a booth by the window that was really cold. Our server apologized for the temperature and took our order. It took quite a while for our food to arrive and when it did it was average at best. The pancakes were dry and over cooked.
Fast forward a few minutes later when we go back up to the buffet I grab another plate and what do you know food on the bottom of that one too. That's just unbelievably gross. I took the plate to the manager I spoke with and told him I really wish I was joking but this is 2/2.
No offer to comp the meal so we paid and left. Will absolutely never come to this location again. Ran very very poorly.
