It's a typical chain restaurant. Service here is usually pretty good and quick. The food is average but pretty cheap. Not much selection for beer. The molten lava cake is especially delicious.
My whole experience here was wonderful! Our waitress was one of the best I have ever encountered. Very accommodating. I will definitely go back!!
No appetizer plates were provided, no drink refils, no one stopped to ask us if we needed anything or of our food was ok. At the end of the meal we were abruptly told to pay on the tablet that is provided on the table. We wanted to pay cash, but we never saw our waitress after she ordered us to pay on the tablet. The restaurant was empty. Why the big rush? The food was just ok. Nothing great. I can see why the big chains restaurants are closing down one by one.
The food was great...the service wasn't. The only time we saw our server was in the beginning and the end. We had to bother two other servers for the our guacamole for our appetizer that our server never brought. And for containers to take leftovers home. Would probably never go back there.
The customer service was wonderful but the food sucked i went there for date night with my partner and the food came out cold and bleeding mind you i didnt ask for rare and also it came out on a hot plate the waitress asked if everything was ok we said no and showed her the food she apologized and took the food back to reheat it when she brung it back out it was a little warmer but the chicken wasnt done it was pink but she offered to get her manager i said no thank then we paid and left ive never been to a restaurant before with cold or luke warm food i had to pay for bad choice
