Great service. They were out of something so they gave us a card for a free burrito on our next visit. They always take care of their customers.
There is always a line, mostly due to the fact that it’s right by Pitt’s campus. Staff isn’t always friendly or comfortable to approach. Great food. Personal favorite snack combo is medium salsa (2 sides of it if you’re a scooper and not a dipper) + chips.
Was very busy, 30+ people in line. Staff was highly efficient and i was out the door in 10-15 minutes even with that many people in line. Very happy with the service!
First time at Chipotle, I lived it. The food is awesome, the prices are cheap and the service is fast!
Asked for a quesadilla.. I thought they ask you what you want on it, at least they do at other chipotles.. nope, just put a ton of cheese between a tortilla and heated it up.. if I wanted cheesey bread I would have made toast and put velveeta on it at home for free??
