The staff seem kind of rude and angry and they gave me the wrong order. : ( pizza really was terrible to eat and made me throw up all over myself.
Earlier this week, we ordered from here and it was great; fresh fries, great hoagie, and burger. It was our first time ordering from here and then we ordered there tonight and it seemed as though they changed their fries and there wasn't pineapple in the wrap that we paid for and no mushrooms were on the burger that I requested. Although I hate calling places, I called because I was just so disappointed. They said they would call me back after reviewing my order. They never called me back but ten minutes later the delivery guy brought us all new, correct food. I was about to never order from here again but they earned my business. I understand stuff happens and am glad they made up for it!
Good pizza. Not the best, but good. I have ordered more than once. Good prices too.
I don't normally review places, but this place was by the the worst I've ever ordered from. We ordered the Buffalo chicken rolls (and requested ranch) and a Supreme Italian hoagie. I was charged an additional 80 cents for the ranch I had requested but it didn't come with our food. The Buffalo chicken rolls were raw in the center (filled with uncooked dough) and the "Supreme" Italian hoagie was some Oscar Meyer processed lunch meat slices on some bread, along with 2 small pepperoni slices and a few small pieces of diced sausage (and it was cold). Seriously? We had a few bites before throwing it all away - and I am by no means a picky eater. Stay away from this place.
Vinny's has been delivering great pizza in Brookline for as long as I've lived in the neighborhood. Great pizza at a reasonable price, and delivery is usually faster than estimated, so that's always a bonus!
