If I could give them an even lower rating I would. My order was 45 minuets late, cold, and the wrong thing. That was something I called to sort out and something totally forgivable. However the service I got was HORRIBLE. I called SEVEN total times Becuase I kept getting put on hold for 5-7 minutes at a time then HUNG UP ON. They were careless and this went on for 42 minutes. Between my order being here 45 minutes late then the hold and hang up for 42 minutes to get NOTHING but “oh we’re busy my boss will be in tomorrow you can call him then” is horrible.
Pizza is good, better than most, but not spectacular. Quality is consistent. Fast delivery. Slices at their location seem to be better than delivery, mostly I think because they are fresh from the oven. The place itself is pretty rundown and has a grimy feel.
Great Pizza and other items/can buy slices/current location small but moving a few blocks to Liberty Ave/bigger new location near Convention Center/may have liquor license too@new location
This is for the Shadyside location. I ordered a calzone last week. Upon cutting into it, it was obvious that it was missing the ricotta cheese. I called and was told that they ran out of cheese- a pizza place that runs out of cheese???
Giving them another chance tonight, I wondered where my order was after an hour and forty minutes. They told me the driver's car broke down and the food would soon be sent out. The new driver told me the food was remade, but unfortunately, it was the food that was sitting in the first driver's car. It was cold, soggy, and disgusting. I'm awarding the one star due to them refunding my money (they had no interest in remaking and delivering my order).
Good food. Takes a little while, but quality and price are better than the decor. Better to take out than dine in.
