SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I wish I could give this place negative zero. The food is horrible and the service is even worse. The drivers always have an excuse why they can't deliver to your door and want you to come to their car. I vowed some time ago, to never order from this place again but I had guests who wanted boneless chicken and they ordered from here. The driver tonight told me he would not get out of his car because it's raining and he didn't want the food (that he wasn't going to eat) to get wet...Really?? I'm pretty sure it was raining when he took the food from the store to his car, since it's been raining all day. He hung up on me and someone from the store called me arguing with me that he won't get out of the car because I was upset. I'm pretty sure it was the other way around. I was upset because he argued with me about why he wouldn't get out of the car, after I paid with my credit card, for their 'food', that he was refusing to deliver. They also charged a $2.50 "delivery" charge and expect a tip but refused to actually driver. Here are a few tips:

Pizza is satisfactory. The wings are disappointingly small and always stuck to the foil. But the staff is always pleasant and they try their best to make stuff right when there is a mistake. All these people complaining crack me up. Dominoes is literally the cheapest pizza in Penn Hills. With their $5.99 menu you can mix and match everything and everyone is happy. You would go broke trying that anywhere else. And news flash: you're never going to get piping hot pizza delivered from any pizza place. Science teaches us that temperature drops between the time it leaves the oven and treks through Penn Hills, with dozens of other orders.
Follow up. Ordered pizza hut in Verona at 8. Was at the door by 8:35.
Either deliver or don't
They have cheap, good pizza and deliver all over Penn Hills. Definitely a good choice when you are too lazy to cook yourself.

I like ordering online. But I ordered from Penn Hills Pa branch. Order was placed at 6:00pm. Said it was ready at 6:10. Waited for delivery until 6:51. As of 7:20 no sign of the driver. Store is 2 miles away. I called to cancel and they didn't even apologize. Unbelievable. Way to go Md and Srinath. You lost a customer tonight.
