Despite my foul mood, a young man stood up and said I work here and I'll help you. The older gentlemen remained lounging on the couches as if my presence was annoying and unwanted.
Catherine Szymanski was a wonderfully low pressure salesperson. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, was responsive to emails and made the process a pleasant experience! We had an issue with delivery and Catherine/Levin worked extremely quickly to make it right. Highly recommend!
You get what you pay for, Levine's has quality furniture and great sales reps who will help and make suggestions according to your needs. I recommend you ask for Tom Sloneker at the Robinson Town center location.
I'm happy with the furniture purchase I made today. I got what I wanted within my budget. It's good quality furniture with Levin's warranty. The warranty is great and more than reasonable for the replacement or repair of damaged furniture.
After informing me the furniture I was looking for was upstairs, she commented it was the "cheap furniture". She slowly made her way to the area. The woman had limited knowledge of the stock in the store as well as location of anything. She wandered around lost and clueless.
My faith in Levin has been restored by Micah Price.
On my way out, I saw four nicely dressed gentlemen lounging on the furniture as if waiting for a beer and a football game to start.....very unprofessional. I asked if any of them worked there and to be honest, I was not the kindest person to deal with at that point. I was being followed through the store by the elderly sales woman trying to get my attention.
At this point, I was frustrated and becoming angry. I was ready to leave.
We so appreciated Micah Price's expertise, friendliness and patience in purchasing a dining room set at Levin Furniture. He actually helped us on two different store visits with this decision. He was so willing to try different chairs with the table we finally chose until we found the perfect ones. He was very quick and efficient with our paper work and explained all of our options. Micah made our shopping experience fun and we will be sure to request that he help us with our future purchases from Levin. He is a true asset to your store.
I had done research on line for the items I wished to purchase within my budget.
However, the young and pleasant Micah Price was at attention and ready to do business. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very attentive. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to provide me with exemplary customer service. He showed me exactly what I wanted and took the time to introduce me to other options I might like in my price range. He was familiar with the materials, construction and cleaning of everything we looked at. He patiently and intelligently answered every question I had without hesitation

I visited Levin this evening in Robinson Twp with the purpose of buying living room furniture. I chose Levin due to its reputation for quality furniture and staff.
Went in to look at entertainment options for our tv and organization, greeted at the door and pointed to where they were and that's it. We looked at all of them and found one we liked but needed more in formation and no one was around. We waited and waited and nothing. Went to leave and six employees were sitting up front just talking. Asked if they all worked here and they responded yes, followed by nothing again. Asked for the manger and employee said this is him. So we left and on our way out an employee said have a nice night sarcastically.
