Great furniture shopping experience! Amber was super helpful and friendly from start to finish. We went to Bob's because my parents had a great experience there as well when they bought their sectional a year ago. The selection/quality/price are hard to beat! We ended up financing our purchase 0% for 12 months! On our way out of the store, we found that we had a flat tire. Amber saw us and made sure that we made it on our way; she went above and beyond! Thank you again!
Went looking for a new sectional that fit some specific requirements and were not ready to spend a fortune as we typically put a lot of wear and tear on our furniture. Walked into Bob's and immediate had a perception of cheap quality furniture. After looking at the furniture at other local places like Levin's, Value City and Macy's, quality seemed very similar with the prices being higher. Value City quality was actually worse and prices were similar. Went to Lazyboy and felt the couches were very sturdy and well built, but were 2 to 3 times as expensive. Walked back into Bob's and was greeted by "Tall Bald Dave". Love this guy! He was fantastic and made us feel comfortable and confident in what we were going to purchase even though he could tell I was ready to go home. Dave sat with us and talked through all types of scenarios to help us with a decision, as well as show us our options based off the requirements we were looking for. Ended up buying the sectional and a chair along with a kids bed. I would definitely recommend checking out this store before making a buying decision.
Debbie was fantastic in helping us pick out a new chair for our living room. She explained all the benefits of certain chairs that would better fit our needs over others that would not work as well for us. We could not be happier with out purchase. We will absolutely be coming back here and working with Debbie for any of our future furniture needs. This is the second thing we have purchased from Bob's and have been nothing but satisfied. We also purchased a dining room set. We could not find anything that we liked until we came to Bob's. Great products, great price, great service. Would give 10 stars if I could!
Sales staff is very knowledgeable on all their products. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery guys were quick and polite. So us how to use the power features on our couch and chair. Sent a text 15 minutes before arrival.
One of the best Furniture Sales Reps I have worked with. Go to Bob's and ask for "Tall Bald Dave". Seriously, it's on his business card and he is both Tall and Bald. Only issue was a delivery mix-up(keep in mind this is sub-contracted out)(I was ready to put a horrible review on here) and after calling Tall Bald Dave, he was able to straighten it out so we had everything we needed the next morning!
The sales representatives at the store (Pittsburgh) are very nice, informative, and assured us a smooth transaction leaving us with the impression they are a reputable company. Sadly, I have not received my furniture. The delivery never showed up for the scheduled time. I called customer service and was reassured the furniture would still be delivered the same day and that the delivery truck was simply running late. I received a phone call at 6:30 PM stating the furniture would not be delivered and would be delivered the next day. The next day I received a phone call that there wasn't enough room on the truck for my furniture and the next available delivery was a week away. Keep in mind, this is not complementary delivery. You pay 10% of your sales price for delivery. I asked the representative for a refund on my delivery charges due to the inconvenience and their response was "that's certainly something we can talk about once the furniture is delivered". What?! Why can't we talk about it now? They absolutely wouldn't discuss any type of compensation until the furniture is delivered. Unless you don't have a job and you like sitting around waiting for furniture that may or may not arrive, do not buy from Bob's. It's not worth the hassle. Go to Macy's where u get quality furniture at decent prices with complementary delivery that actually shows up.
