Just went to McKnight Steinmart. I was purchasing a pair of Peck&Peck shorts that I got off the rack, which had a sign stating the shorts were on sale for $27.96 from $39.99. However at register I was told that they were not on sale. Floor person acknowledged that the entire rack was mismarked. She would not give to me at the sales price. Their mistake, but I was penalized, but so was Steinmart since I purchased neither the shorts or top to go with them. This is a horrible way to do business. Do not know if I will shop there again.

It's hard to understand why the people who left the negative reviews on this Stein Mart only focused on one area, being the honoring of a price. I was in there today and asked them if they would honor the red dot coupon for associates, they were very helpful in giving me the discount and having employee discount. Not only is the customer service awesome, but also, the cleanliness and sales floor associates are caring and will help you find what you need to find and answer any questions that you may have about merchandise or the store itself. I happily give this Stein Mart five stars and recommend this Stein Mart to others as well.
Went there to exchange something and looked on the website to see that they are open til 9, we go there and they were closing at 8, there were signs on the door stating they were winter hours. It would be helpful if they would make note of the winter hours on the website !
