Worst shopping experience ever... it up my card will not stop here agsin...no wonder they are you g out of business
Didn’t take down Black Friday sale sign on an item I was purchasing and refused to honor listed sale price.
Salon experience was awesome. Loved, loved, loved my hair cut! Thank you.
Fitting rooms smelled like pee. Wasn't extremely busy for a Saturday. I always shop here, good prices, lots of coupons. So I took the good with the bad.
Then to top it off dealing with their corporate customer service I received nothing but ignorance. Maybe the reason this retailer is facing problems.
I tried to make a purchase by check and was denied. When I tried to obtain a reason no one could provide one. I was told a computer puts risk factors on a check, but no one could tell me what risk factors my check fell under. Maybe because there was no reason. I pay my bills on time, have enough in the account, and have had the account for decades.
I wish I could give less than the one star.
