Only 3 out of 7 lines work. My line had a scanner that was not working as well. The rep had to manually type in the code for every person and every item. No other people to assist customers with questions. Tags are ripped on clothes. And the price labels for electronics are not there at all.
It's okay. Never get thrilled to go here but my wife shops here more than I'd expect due to location.
I only go to this store if I can't get out to North Hills to other stores. This store NEVER has enough registers open. Black Friday I ran in and there were 2 registers open! ON BLACK FRIDAY!! Another problem is when there's a good price on an item on sale you better be there when they open on Sunday morning or odds are it'll be out of stock ! (If it ever came in the first place) I have had problems with pricing also. When you check the shelf tag( and I know to do this because I worked in retail) or when something is on sale you've got a 50/50 shot of it ringing up wrong. And my final complaint is many many times I have wanted to buy something and there is no tag or shelf price to be found! As I said at the beginning of this, I only use this store as a last resort.. if this is a typical KMart I can see why so many stores are closing!
Stale chips sometimes. Other than that I like the clearance rack and usually don't have a hard time getting in and out. The staff is usually very knowledgeable and friendly.
Pretty convenient if you just need a few things like food and stuff. Otherwise you usually can't find what you're looking for. The alarm usually goes off by accident when you leave and the alarm isn't even loud enough to stop a thief and the employees don't even care if someone steals something. I believe there have been multiple thefts there.
