Excellent service and selection of merchandise (given the smaller size of the store for a Nordstrom)!
Called the local number and a very helpful human being answered the phone after only one or two rings. He and another woman answered my questions within a few minutes. Great service

Love their little cafe. Lots of great selection of kids shoe and merchandise. Sometimes you can get good discounts as well. Overall very clean store. Their Christmas decorations are amazing.
It's a smaller Nordstrom but they give great service. Janie in cosmetics is the NICEST person you'll ever meet. If you need help seek her out-- she can help anywhere in the store and does. The employees are under a lot of pressure to sell and I feel badly for them. Also, just so you know, the shoe department is the only place where the carpeting is padded so the shoes always feel more comfortable. I guess this is a fairly common marketing scheme and it's a little disappointing to me but... what do you do?
