After not going to the dentist for at least 10 years finally couldn't put it off any longer. Dr Graham and Dr Conboy were caring and sensitive, did fabulous work with minimal pain!! I highly recommend.
I have never been treated so bad at a place of business. I was told by the scheduler that the dentist nor the hygentis know what they are talking about. She didn't even want to call my insurance company to verify they would pay for the procedure just kept telling me my insurance would not pay, the woman behind her told her to call and verify after I was ready to walk out. They Wanted me to wait eight weeks to get an appointment. I ended up walking out. Called to speak to a manager about my experience. Then office manager talked down to me and again told me the dentist nor hygentis know how billing works. There's nothing worse than an arrogant secretary who thinks since they went to school for a whole ten months to be a medical biller yep that means they know more than a doctor of dentistry. Oh and the kicker my insurance company would have covered the procedure just as I discussed with the dentist and hygentis. It was the dumb little girl with braces who insisted it would not be covered. How about hiring some people who are at least old enough to buy alcohol instead of the know it all high school graduate.
They don’t even deserve one star!!! The lady at the desk is so rude!!! Don’t come here, I couldn’t believe they way she talked to me and my fiancé!! We’ll never be back here.
I've been telling them for 2 years they have the wrong number. Ive called them numerous times to tell them to take my number out of their system but they're still calling for Brianne!!!!
The worst experience. Does not even deserve one star. My son was scheduled o have wisdom pulled. However the was cancelled because the oral surgeon and anesthesiologist had no idea what the hell the were doing because of my son's prior medical history. The office manager was suppose to return my call and never did. We will be going to a new dentist ASAP. Don't waste your time going to The Dentistry.
