Terrible experience with office staff, however Docs were nice.
Access is bad but the care is good. Kids under 6 can only be seen during morning hours and there are limited evening hours for older kids. If both parents work regular hours, it's difficult to find a convenient appointment time. Also, they are usually booked 2 weeks out so if your child is having pain, be prepared to wait.
They kept insisting I had scheduled a different day and missed my appointment. When I showed them the appointment card, They said the card was also wrong. Mistakes happen but, this happened twice and they never apologized- they made it sound like it was my fault and were very rude, eventhough I took off work based upon their error. They even charged me for missing an appointment that they put into their system incorrectly. That was the final straw. I can't afford to keep missing work so I am going to a practice next time where people who schedule are competent and care about the patients.
