Every team member EXUDED professionalism. I could not have been more impressed with their medical talent, advice and communication skills. The hygienist gave me, a 64 year old man who has spent more than his fair share of time in the chair, advice I'd never heard before. I did express my enjoying working with younger professionals who tend to have similar skills but are much more willing to use the newest methodologies than several older practices I have been to. And your financial manager, Stephanie, is your best gem. Complete professional with great social skills in an otherwise dreary job. Glad I went.
I cannot take it out on the location that they do not accept my insurance. I went because the could get me in quicker than my dentist who is renovating. It would be nice if they would in the future allow use of my insurance plan.
Had tooth pulled my teeth cleaned in a couple visits. Getting a new filling today. Nice location and very clean. Staff and dentist are easygoing and very professional.
I hate going to the dentist. I had an issue with my teeth. I gave in and chose Aspen Dental. I went very nervous and the staff was awesome!!. I had to have multiple extractions and a partial placed. I have more visits to go but I am not at all afraid to return. Warm and welcoming. I love them!!
They have state of the art equipment and everyone is very nice. However, this place is a complete rip off. Spent 2 hours there for a free exam and xray. Was very impressed until it was time to visit the Office Manager. It would be $2,200 for a cleaning. They said I had a gum disease so that was why it was so high. Can't believe people fall for this. Please beware.
