Filled out the Contact Form on the website over a month ago inquiring about destination weddings. Included timing, guest count and destination in my inquiry. After about a week and a half with no response I emailed Dawn directly. Her email is listed on their website under the destination wedding section. I included all the same info. Never heard back from anyone. If you only respond to phone calls, don't list emails addresses and contact forms on your website. I don't think I've ever left a bad review for any business ever but I was really irritated with the nonexistent service after reading all positive reviews.
I had a group of 14 going to the Bahamas, so it was easier to go through a Travel Agency. I have used Shadyside Travel, but this was my first time working with Stephanie. Days prior to us leaving Stephanie called to say she just found out that the hotel will be closing at the end of the month for renovations, So heads up! Stephanie thank you for the heads Up! That allowed us not to walk in blind sided. The vacation was BEAUTIFUL and every one of my guest was happy with their trip.
