They couldn't do anything to make sure we sat together on the flight over, they couldn't organize other rides within New Orleans or anything else.
If you have a phone or the internet then you definately don't need Liberty Travel Services. Perhaps 20 years ago they were useful, but now I can't understand how they earn their money...
We had a complicated flight arrangement so we thought that the additional cost of a travel agent might be worth it. Well, we were in for a surprise. The same flights that we could have called the airlines about cost nearly three times as much through Liberty (Monroeville office). When they were shown the internet printout they were able to find the same price online, basically just redoing the same work we had just done. And they'd book it for us for a mere 20 dollars per ticket (basically entering in our information online for us. whatever). So what about hotels? the same hotel that charged 150 a night, Liberty's price was 250 a night!
