Ted is the man. He'll tell you how it is. Even if it's "You need a new bike." or a bigger bike, or a derailleur that isn't falling apart. I appreciate this in any mechanic, and when I find a good one I listen to them. You should too.

I like ted. He's smart, friendly, his prices are fair, and he always has knowledgeable staff on hand. He replaced my wheel for me and took the extra time to transfer my cassette over for no extra charge. I was out the door in under 10min for under $50. Not only is he a friendly professional, but the dude is responsible too. He recycled my bent wheel for me and he has the cutest rescued dog in the store. I think his name is"bob". Big ups Ted.
Ted took my old bike in when i came and fixed it all up new back breaks brakes, brake lines amd new tire and fixed my bike spokes without me knowing it was bent. On top of that it didnt cost me a arm and aleg. Bravo ted

Got a "ten minute tune-up" on a bike I bought off a non-profit for a friend. Basically a bike that was worked on by someone who seemed like they never SAW a bike (derailleur wired backwards and everything). Ted fixed it up, literally in 12 minutes. He tuned up every necessary part. And it's run like a dream ever since.
This isn't the only good experience I've had down here. Best part: it's extremely affordable. Not some retail store that bangs you $60 (or MUCH MUCH MORE!) for a tune-up.
