Bought my Jamis hybrid bike about a year ago from this shop after the Pens won the Stanley cup :) . The bike runs great! They have always been quite helpful and knowledgeable about bike related matters. I highly recommend this shop!

Great shop. I've been shopping at Biketek for about 5 years and have consistently had excellent service from the same small group of guys. I like the feeling of shopping where the owner will ring me up. And they know their bikes really well. The prices are good - certainly as low as nearby competitors. Frank works hard to carry inventory that is high quality for the price. They do have relatively limited hours, which I think helps keep prices down.

I have an electric fat tire bike with a rear hub motor. I was riding it the other day when I had to stop abruptly and the back wheel started making an unusual noise and not spinning freely. I thought it was a problem with the disc brake. I took it to Biketek and the mechanic immediately identified that the rear wheel was rubbing against the frame, quickly adjusted it and didn't charge me anything even after I offered to pay. Great service from nice people. I'd recommend them for bicycle service based on my experience and their many other good reviews. Thank you Biketek!
My only suggestion for Frank would be to provide some sort of method for dropping off bikes for service (key drop box, for example).
