I get supplies for my dog here. Great treats, urine remover, and the shampoo I buy to take home to bath my dog is biodegradable and gets her clean. If the owners are looking at this review, I'd recommend moving to a larger space. Like much larger. Like the level below Dick's Sporting Goods at Century 3. If you are scared of people not going, everyone who goes to Woody's goes loyally, so if you just put a sign up you will keep every customer. And rent couldn't be that high since their isn't much retail going on there.
The 1-star reviews seems to be really odd.
Another customer came in - a younger women - and was treated courtesly, efficiently.
My dog Raven is not a fan....but I am. Great staff and everything you need for bathing is avaiable.
I got "schooled" quickly.
My dog, an "excited urinator" was greeted well. [That was the problem, probably...]
I took my 50-pound puppy, soaped her down in a stand-up tub, rinsed her, applied some conditioner, rinsed again... Dried her till I was bored. My back was intact.
Dryer blows cold air--maybe not so bad on the dog in the summer, but the store was cold as well, so my dog was shaking. If I'd known it was a cold air dryer, I would not have used the facility.
I HAD NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE. It was easy.
Very neat!
Great place to wash your pup. This place has everything you need from waste high tubs, to the included shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, towels, and doggy perfume. My dog Skye hates hair dryers but loves picking out a treat after her bath. Also there are different deals everyday on the website.
