I sure miss Dr. Southwick she was so through and always listened to you. I'm sure Ca is loving having her there but come back Doc.lol Well the staff is still there and they are caring also.
My husband took the day off work to go to his appointment which I had scheduled for him two weeks prior. When he got there for his afternoon appointment, the place was all locked up and no cars were in the lot. When he called the number that I had scheduled his appointment through, he was told that no one came to work that day. When he asked why they hadn't called him, they responded because no one came to work today. Who the hell was he talking to then? If it was an answering service it should have been their responsibility to call and cancel the scheduled appointments. Save yourself the inconvenience of dealing with this poorly managed center.
My boyfriend uses this office. They are kind and even called to check on him when he nissed an appt. He said he likes it. The wait isnt too long either.
3 Stars for the location. Staff are friendly but rooms are tiny compared to other places.
Went back in April for birth control pills stupid doctor gave me the wrong pills and was sent a bill in the mail when I paid during visit place is very unprofessional I only go because it's cheap.
