Love the store. Fair prices. Friendly people. I go in there weekly. 4 stars just because every time I'm there I get a half dozen different people within a few minutes asking if I need help. I definitely appreciate good customer service but how about giving each employee a "zone" to keep an eye on? If for nothing else just to avoid making customers feel pestered or like they're being watched (which I have felt in this store). Otherwise this is a great hardware store.

John the store manager personally located my welcome bench and ordered it for me. Once it arrived he put together AND delivered it to my home in one day. I have never received special customer service like this ever before ....anywhere!
Friendly family staff. This longstanding hardware store has been a fixture in the community for over a century! Always great to have a place to shop that is withing walking distance on those weekend projects.
