Gave them 5 stars simply because cheap tools are quick to grab when in need. Prices are great. Had a few break but theyre tools they did their job. Never had too big of a problem. I love them need one closer to home though.
Really low prices, nice staff even though they were super busy. Coupons are always amazing, better than any other store.
Harbor Freight is like my adult playground. I always seem to find a bunch of stuff I really don't need, yet buy anyhow. Although most stuff at Harbor Freight is cheap, sometimes you find some quality products at a great price. The store is stocked well and the store staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.
I found out about Harbor Freight once I started providing Roadside Assistance. I was searching around for a good jack and my consultant told me he bought his jack from there. They recently opened the location on McKnight rd and it's close to me. There's something about a new store that makes you want to at least check it out. They're always having a sale of some sort and a lot of the products they sell are Pittsburgh made tools. Not only did I buy a jack, but other tools I needed also. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. It's become a place I visit even if I don't need anything!
