Wonderful! Greatest experience. I always come to this store because the manager and staff are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and willing to help as soon as you walk in the door. The larger stores do not have offer the pleasant experience that Mount Nebo offers.
The WORST!!! Some clown named "Dean" did not want to deal with my Sprint contract, so he sent me to the McKnight Rd. store. (He gave me bad directions.) McKnight said they cannot change a contract. 45 minute drive wasted due to a lazy and uninformed employee.
Staff was very nice helped me with all me questions. Extremely helpful especially that Dean Sharp Andrew wasn't bad
My visit there was about a month ago, so I apologize for the late review. My wife and I stopped in about 30 minutes prior to closing as I dropped my phone on the kitchen floor and broke it, needed a replacement ASAP as I use it for work. Your sale associate, Destiny, went above and beyond and worked with us well past closing time, not only to make sure my phone issue was taken care of, but to also upgrade my wife to a new phone. I was really impressed as she was also able to keep my 4 year old daughter occupied with crayons and a coloring book. The service we received was exceptional. The fact that she stayed well beyond closing time to accommodate us, speaks volumes about your customer service. Its much appreciated. Thanks you Destiny! The Trainer Family!
