Very fast and effective. I ordered a phone for store pick up yesterday. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my phone fully set up and activated.
Salesman said product was available, until I told him I did not want insurance, then he said it was no longer available. Apparently they make a big kickback from selling insurance.
Very fast and efficient workers they made my first time visit very easy. Also the tech guy was very knowledgeable fix my phone really fast thanks a lot Apple.
Horrible customer service. Ordered device for pickup over the phone and was spoken to like a child at the store for pickup. Floor workers couldn't comprehend picking up an already purchased item. Have you purchased a device already? Oh, so you bought something? Is it broken? Where is it? After that frustration, it was discovered that the phone associate bought a product from a different mall, after confirming that i would be picking it up from the Ross Park. The associates were absolutely unwilling to work with me to change the pickup location even though the product was in stock. Unwilling to do anything even, I was told to log in to a computer on the floor and cancel my order just to repurchase them again. Unacceptable. What could have been so simple and easy was a horrible experience.
They are very helpful with phone problems. Never weren’t able to find problem but never answer the phone. I’ve called 9 times and after 10 mins of ringing each time they hang up.
