This review is for the body shop, as they have a repair shop too. I chose Wolbert because I wanted a locally owned repair shop. When I first walked in, I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Drop off was easy and they kept me updated on the repair date, they even found an issue that only extended the repair by one day. My car looks better than it did pre-accident. They buffed the entire car for a spotless finish. They worked directly with my insurance on the extra charges. Would recommend!
They lied to me about how much work my car needed to pass inspection. They wanted to charge me $800.00 to ‘fix it all.’ I brought it for a second opinion to Meineke in Pleasant Hills, and I’m out of here for $115.00.
Got my oil changed here.. they cracked the filter casing... never told me.. didnt realize until my car started failing and another mechanic looked at it... cost me a fortune.. thanks a lot. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS BUSINESS!!!!!!
