Great experience. Got my car in there with a week's notice, so that is awesome. Finding a good place that is able to get you in quickly is pretty hard in the South Hills.
I felt welcomed by Ellen and the service guys seemed down to earth and knowledgeable. In fact, the tech even showed me how bad my breaks were. No qualms with this place at all other than the brakes might have been more expensive than I thought (but what do I know, if I had that knowledge I wouldn't be taking it somewhere now would I?)

If you want to go to a shop where you can rely on the diagnosis then Bridgeville Automotive is the place to go. I take my BMW over there regularly for servicing. With the recent issue that I had, their diagnosis was better then the one given by BMW dealer. They are very trust worthy. If they do not know something then they will let you know that they need to do research and lookup auto bulletins to get to the root cause of the issue. Very friendly in nature.
