The service I receive here is outstanding. Starting with Ted Zak& George my adviser. I've owned just about every luxury car including 4 Mercedes & can say they go to any length to make things right & satisfy customers. I have a BMW also and will most likely replace with a Mercedes because of the service I receive.
I wish all of Rahal's dealerships had the service dept. and customer service that the Rahal BMW has in Canonsburg. The service desk, mechanics and customer service reps. at BMW are amazing, helpful , friendly and courteous every time! When scheduling appointments they work to get you in as soon as possible and always do great work. Rahal's Land Rover is the polar opposite, it's as though you are putting them out by calling to schedule an appt. Never friendly on the phone or in person and can very rarely get service appt in a timely manner, even when you are calling due to the engine light coming on! Keep up the amazing work Rahal BMW--it is much appreciated. If I could service my Rahal Range Rover with you I would make the drive to Canonsburg everytime!!
Only boomer pricks who need to have a appearance that they are more well off and better than others needs a Mercedes. Most people who arn't aging boomers realize a car is to just get them from point A to point B. A chevy will do that just as well as a Mercedes. Rahal is for stuck up arrogant pricks who should invest their money better; save it for your children, travel to places, or help others.
