This was my first time visiting Rohrich Lexus- South Hills since relocating back to Pittsburgh from Raleigh, NC. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience here. I scheduled an oil change for a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived, nobody was around and I had to walk around the dealership to find a service advisor. He told me that, although I had a 12pm appt, he sent all the guys to lunch so it would be about an hour until they got back (I know everyone deserves lunch, but what is the point in having an appt time if nobody is there to work?). Anyways, he checked me in and when I had mentioned a small rattling sound when driving he noted that no "diagnostic techs" were around that day and I'd have to come back during the week. Wouldn't you think Saturday's would be the day of the week that you want your entire crew there because most people are off of work and have time to bring their cars in? While I was told service would take less than an hour, I was there for 3. Oh, and at one point they had misplaced my keys.. that was fun.
Just bought the NX200T for the wife. She let me drive it home, and what a nice car. The staff was actually a pleasure to deal with. Not your typical dealership, the entire staff treated us like people, not a paycheck !!! Our salesman Joe Lux was very meticulous at explaining every feature and option on the vehicle and had more patients with my kids than I did. I highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a new Lexus, look up Joe,you will not be disappointed with the experience. Thanks again to the entire staff, see you for the service and the next car !!!
I made my way to the lounge, if that's what you want to call it there. I felt like I was at a Ford or Chevy dealership. Coffee machine was so dirty, all the ceiling tiles had water stains from leaks, there were no plugs to plug in my computer to do any work, the refreshments were invisible and it was just overall dirty and very outdated.
I bought my Lexus here and it was a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly and Joe did a great job walking me through all of the features that my car came with. Highly recommended!

This place made me really appreciate the white-glove service and the world class facility Johnson Lexus of Raleigh had. Definitely the dealership that all other Lexus dealers should strive to be like. Rohrich Lexus needs to do a lot of work to their facilities and customer service. Until then, they won't be getting any more of my business, especially when I go to lease a new Lexus in March.
