So many great camping products. Hit up REI for some last minute camping gear. Very helpful staff. Subie (yes that's her awesome name) was a great help and helped me prep my daughter for our trip. Can't wait to stop back!
The areas BIG REI store. So much stuff I need! Sales people were very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. A good visit to a very nice store. The Settler's Ridge store is also a great place to get gear opinions & shop.
The kind of service you dream about. Both helpful and hands off. Will bend over backwards to help, even at the expense of the store's immediate best interest.
Lots of great sale tables, the staff was helpful at first, but after my husband and I had been browsing for a while they started to get kind of pushy, like every clerk in the store came up to us within 30 seconds asking if we needed help. It was a little much, so we left and figure we'll spend the rest of the $300 gift card online where we can browse at our own pace

Pretty good offerings here. They have a larger men’s section than my Home store, which is a big plus! The staff here are incredibly helpful. I saw one staffer help someone for over twenty minutes while I was shopping in the same area. That’s some serious dedication. They have a small climbing department, but that’s pretty normal for an REI.
