This might be the most awesome Museum in Pittsburgh. To start with, it's absolutely free. But if you're over the age of 40, you will recognize more than 80% of the bikes from your childhood. Remember those weird banana bikes with the gear shift in the middle of your legs? They've got everyone ever made.

I thought the place was awesome. There are so many nice bikes and a lot of cool knick knacks. There are items from many different time periods like WW2 and Elvis Presley. Even if you don't like bikes, this place has something for everyone!!!!!

This is simple: if you are into bikes or cycling, then you are going to love this place. There literally are thousands of bikes. All different eras, types, sizes, etc. It's truly amazing at the amount of quality of bikes that they have there. Even better - admissions is free (donations if you want to help support the heaven!). The owner has a great sense of humor and is willing to answer any and all questions. His knowledge is pretty deep.

But every local and tourist absolutely must see this place.

Even if you don't like bikes and hate being around them, the pure colors and shapes in this place Boggle the mind.

Something for everyone. 2 floors, ceilings and walls covered in bicycles, parts and memorabilia from the 1800's to modern day. A true trip through time. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions asked of him. There is no admission fee but a donation is accepted and we'll deserved of this collection!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Was here twice in about two weeks, and there is so much to explore and share. Wonderful place to host events, spend an afternoon (or an entire DAY). The owner Craig is usually around and more than happy to chat, answer questions, recommend other places to visit. Yet another Pittsburgh essential stop to end the ho-hum experience of everyday museums (not knocking them - just adding that the alternative scene is really where it's at)

This is an absolutely non disabled friendly building. If you're in a wheelchair it's going to be difficult to get around.
