do not attempt rapid pick up at this location. it is very difficult to find parking close to the Panera. your order will not be on the shelf at the time you requested it to be. I gave it three chances before posting this review. Three out of three times this happened to me. other than that the food and service is as good as any other Panera.
Horrible customer service. I just wanted to order, and the place was empty. Two employees looked at me, didn't acknowledge me and still didn't come to take my order. To be completely ignored as a customer is ridiculous. Don't come here!
WORST Panera ever. Messed up rapid pick up again. Waited 20 minutes and watched people walk in, order and receive their order before me when mine should have been ready 10 minutes before I even arrived. EVERY employee is so rude at this location EVERY time, which blows my mind being in the same plaza as the Google office. No one acknowledges you and they all act as if you are inconveniencing them when you ask if you can order. Ill drive an extra 15 minutes to the one on Centre where everyone is nice than deal with these miserable trolls. I would rather have my order be wrong than be treated like garbage. Dear corporate, please fire your whole staff and start over.
Usually I have great luck with Panera, but this place has disappointed me several times. They are constantly out of things that I order, which I never find out until they are halfway through putting together my order. I've tried Rapid pickup and constantly have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes until my order is ready beyond the designated pickup time. This is a busy spot, but they should be prepared for ups and downs.
It is my first time here so o was not expecting it to be so big! I'm used to the small coffee shop experience o usually get but this is more like a restaurant/coffee shop feel. I like it. Now my order... I usually get from my other favorite place a mocha frappe and I tried to find something similar and was not pleased with my drink however, the blueberry muffin was amazing!
