The girl with short blonde hair and glasses was so rude I was asking her about sizes and she wasn't responding like no body was talking to her
I've been working two retain jobs for almost a year now and if any of these workers worked at my stores they would be imidiatly fired. Their costumer service is repulsive and they lack basic retail skills. This is my third time in Aldo and every single time its like this. Their company is way more obsessed with image rather than service and it's hurting them greatly. Which really is disappointing because their stuff is so cute but I'm not paying $100 for cheap shoes and bad service. It is absolutely ridiculous that I walked around that store for at least 5 minutes without getting greeted or asked if I needed help when I had a produce in my hand. Finally the employee that was helping 2 customers finally helped me as two other employees stood there staring off into space. After asking him for a second pair of shoes in my size he asked one of the girls standing there to help him. When she brought my boots out she was so sky and quite and there's nothing wrong with that but you just can't be like that in retail. She just handed me the bots and walked away. She might have said something to me but I definitely could not hear her.
My husband bought me a pair of sandles for Christmas. The strap broke during the 2nd time I wore them. While we no longer have the reciept, we have the credit card statement with the purchase. The store manager, Becky, could only offer me a credit of $4.98. Really for a pair of broken, Aldo sandles. That's worse then Payless. These people will not ever get another dime from us, and shouldn't from you either! She also had the nerve to say I could take them to a shoe store to get fixed. Wow!?
Do you want to experience the worse customer service in a shoe store? Make sure you go in the store at the Ross park mall. They are horrible
