Very nice company. Decent rentals and quickly helps out when a problem is reported. I suggest going to them directly if you are looking for a rental because their website does not show much.

I would like to say Kefalos & Associates have been, hands down, the very best rental management company I've had in my 6 years of Pittsburgh living. I've had 4 total. Mozart is THE WORST.
As for Kefalos, the office employees are always very pleasant and helpful. They will tend to your issues in a timely manner, respectively. Very flexible and lenient. All winter long our sidewalk/porch was shoveled and salted. Their pet policy (depending on property) is very lenient. Rental prices are the best I found for the neighborhood after extensive searches and go sees. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my house apartment unit and plan on staying long-term. Thanks Nick and Kefalos & Associates! A+
Been living in my unique apartment for just a few months, great find for my situation. Affordable and amazingly roomy for a studio. Had a plumbing issue and Kefalos and associates took care of it almost immediately today. Staff is very friendly the couple of time I’ve been there. Thanks for your diligence and hard work guys!
