I can wholeheartedly recommend Linda Honeywill and her entire team at this office! She is such a joy to work with! We found out mid-June that we needed to relocate for my husband's job. We called Linda, she was out lickety-split with a plan for how we would list ASAP and get our house sold. She knew exactly which areas of our home we should focus on staging and what other things we could safely ignore in favor of getting market ready as soon as possible. She has such extensive knowledge of the market in the North Hills, so she knew exactly what we should price our home at to encourage a quick sale for the highest possible price. I am happy to report that we got our home market ready in two weeks, listed on a Friday, had multiple offers on Saturday, and had a contract for $20k more than asking price by Sunday! Unreal! She is so well connected with other agents that she also had arranged a few showings before we had even listed. We closed at the end of August without a hitch due to her professionalism at negotiating inspection repairs and making sure all of the necessary paperwork was done and ready for our closing day. If you want your home to be marketed and shown expertly, then pick Linda Honeywill as your agent! She is a joy to work with, gets things done with excellence, always returns phone calls promptly, and is very knowledgeable without any hint of condescension whatsoever. We are really, really pleased with how everything went- from listing to closing- with Linda Honeywill!
