Scum, dirty people, dirty office, attitudes, if you get a ticket pay it online, there is a convenient pay, but I am sure it's less than the 5 dollar charge to park in their garage for 2 minutes, meter maids need to kill themselves

Garage is fine. Good part of town. Cheap for nights and weekends.
A private organization but really a racket and a criminal organization that steals from hard working ppl. plain and simple. underhanded and full of dirty tricks. they do the city locals a complete diservice. review and reform needed asap!
