I guess a parking garage would deserve five stars if it had at least one attendant on duty, the option of valet parking, and had clear signs to the elevators.
Even though this garage had none of these services (as far as I could find), at least it was clean and close to areas that I wanted to explore by foot. Quite simply, this parking garage served its function as a place to park your car. Well done!
I would give an this garage an extra star had an attendant been on duty to break my larger bills.
