This review is long over due. I have been a member of Rotary for a little over a year and I would like to thank all the wonderful parking attendants in the Smithfield Liberty garage, especially Ed on the 3rd floor.
(last one was OCT 23 2010, i checked)
Should do student discount or something like that it's so expensive for Point Park University student
The rates are fair.
Why? Because I read the parking signs and
The parking garages are well lit, and well staffed.
The customer service just keeps getting better! They have gone above and beyond my expectations again and again, they are an important reason why I enjoy going to Rotary every week. I appreciate them so much, I park at this garage even when I have business at the other end of town.
The way people park in this city (on sidewalks, wrong side of the street, etc..) it's a wonder the impound lots aren't full of vehicles constantly.
THANKS!!
I digress...
I haven't gotten a parking ticket in almost 6 years.
Don't even bother leaving a message they won't call you back. Their customer service as about as good as my anus is at public speaking.
The man working in the residential parking department was very rude to me. After looking on the website, I went prepared with a notarized letter because the car's registration was not in my name. The man still turned me down for getting a parking pass. I've already gotten a parking ticket and paid for a notarized letter, which was apparently useless, and I still have no parking pass.
If it weren't for the PPA, the chaos on the streets of the city would be unbearable. It's bad enough with all the people who already believe they are so special that the parking rules do not apply to them.
a city that maintains some order on the streets.
I pay the meters. Be grateful for
The time limits for street parking are fair.
