It's a gravel and dirt lot but the price is reasonable and it's convenient parking for the Strip District. They keep it leveled fairly well and the gravel is packed pretty well so even rainy days it's drivable and walkable.
Park here...Do it! This parking lot attendant is ALWAYS here and he LOVES his job so much! He is always smoking a cigar and always greets you with a smile. Prices are reasonable, but I park here specifically to see this fella! He will make you smile!
